Energy Healing

Energy Healing Has A Long History

The concept of energy healing can be traced back several thousand years to an ancient Indian spiritual tradition of universal energy called prana. Prana, or the breath of life, is based on the idea that universal energy is the basic component and source of every life form. In the third millennium B.C., the ancient Chinese people founded the belief that all matter is pulsing with vital energy they called ch’i. This universal energy is composed of two opposing forces — yin and yang — that when balanced, promote optimal physical and mental health. The common holistic practice of acupuncture, for example, is designed to help balance the yin and yang energies in the body.

Today, energy healing practitioners continue to use these and other similar ideologies to help people access conscious and subconscious energies that may promote prime mental and physical health.

Types of Energy Healing or Energy Work

Thanks to prehistoric roots, the types of energy healing are virtually endless. There are, however, several energy healing modalities that are prominently used by practitioners across the globe. Many energy healing books have been written by experienced authors. These types of energy healing include:

ENERGY HEALING METHODS BASED ON MUSCLE TESTING

Initially used in the 20th century to measure muscle weakness in polio patients, this practice is presently used in over 70 different techniques by more than one million practitioners worldwide. Certified energy healing practitioners initiate muscle testing by asking a definitive question and then gauging the positive and negative muscle response. It’s believed that a strong muscle response indicates a “yes” or positive answer, while the weak muscle response indicates a “no” answer. By querying the nervous system in this way, energetic imbalances can be found and eliminated quite efficiently.

MAGNETIC ENERGY WORK

Magnets are used to release Trapped Emotions that could be contributing to ailments. These are just one of many healing energy tools used in this work. Magnets may also increase blood flow, improve flexibility, build muscle strength, and relax and lengthen the body’s muscles and soft tissues. As outlined in The Emotion Code™, magnetic healing is typically implemented after identifying trapped emotions, and a practitioner passes a magnet over the Governing Meridian on the patient’s body three times. When combined with the balancing intentions of the energy healing practitionerthis increases magnetic energy movement in the body and can help to release and transform the trapped emotional energy. Because the body functions on principles of biomagnetic energy, muscle testing can be used as a means of connecting with the subconscious mind to identify the energies and emotions that may govern afflictions in the body, mind, and spirit.

CHAKRA BALANCING

Chakra, or “wheel” in Old Sanskrit, refers to the energy life force (or prana, as mentioned above) that moves inside the human body. When balanced, the body’s seven main chakras send optimal energy levels to every connected aspect of the mind, body, and spirit. It’s believed that unbalanced chakras — or energy that’s spinning too quickly or slowly — may lead to negative effects on the body’s health. Beginning with the Root chakra, below the genitals, and ending with the Crown chakra, above the crown of the head, the chakra chart sheds light on the importance of maintaining balance within each of the seven chakras.

Chakras Play A Crucial Role In Energy Work

The body’s seven main chakras are each associated with a different set of organs and systems within the body. Because the entire concept of energy healing focuses on maintaining balance and health between the mind, body, and spirit, ensuring all seven chakras are balanced is the key. It’s important to note, too, that each chakra corresponds with a different area of the body that uses a substantial amount of energy. The Heart chakra, for example, contains enough electromagnetic energy that it can be measured from several feet away. However, if the Heart chakra is closed or underactive, the flow of energy through the chakra is hindered, which can have a domino effect on the other energy centers of your body. Chakras also each represent various aspects of consciousness along with parts of the physical body, so maintaining well-balanced chakras may be essential when it comes to promoting a healthy mind and spirit — both key aspects of energy healing. Because of this interconnectedness, it’s not uncommon for tension in a particular part of consciousness to ultimately result in physical symptoms. If you experience a bad relationship breakup, for example, you might feel it in your Heart chakra and could experience tension in the nerves associated with your heart. Over time, that held tension could intensify and manifest itself in outward physical symptoms that chakra healing and chakra balancing could resolve. By regularly practicing energy healing techniques like chakra healing, you can address and may potentially even reverse the symptoms of physical disease and illness.

Trapped Emotions or Emotional Baggage Can Cause Chakra Imbalance

In the holistic community, the phrase “Trapped Emotions” is commonly used to describe any unconscious emotional energies which exist as a result of intense or traumatic emotional events that have not been fully processed and released from the body or mind. When emotional energy like this becomes trapped, various organs or glands in the body could possibly become victims. Because each of the seven chakras correlates with an organ in the body, when an emotion becomes trapped in a body organ, it could interfere with the flow of energy through the chakra. The trapped energy of the Trapped Emotions may begin to cause disruption, physical discomfort, uneasiness, drastic emotional changes, and sadness. Thankfully, through energy healing tools & techniques like muscle testing and chakra balancing, these emotions can be identified, processed, and extinguished from the body, restoring a healthy, balanced chakra system.

Emotional Healing

The connection between body and spirit is strong, and emotional healing can help you stay positive and calm through even the most troubling times.

It’s natural to feel negative emotions, particularly during life’s challenges. But on the other hand, holding onto that negativity and harboring toxicity is not healthy. Fortunately, there are emotional healing practices like the Body Code, Emotion Code, and Belief Code that can help you balance your energies and release potentially harmful negativity. Like many others, we believe optimal wellness is all about balance.

Using muscle testing to access your subconscious mind, you can begin identifying trapped emotional energies (you might call them “old wounds”). Then, can begin to release them. As you release these trapped emotions, you may want to ask the subconscious if you have a Heart-Wall and release that as well. This can all be either self-administered, or done with the help of a certified Emotion Code Practitioner in person or by proxy.

The Physical Results of Ignoring Emotional Health

If you continually feel down, like you’re just not yourself, or feel in your gut that something is off, maybe it’s time to do some soul-searching and some emotional or spiritual healing. Trapped Emotions can result in feeling overwhelmed, which in turn may lead to:

  • Lowered immune system response
  • Digestive issues
  • Poor skin and hair quality
  • Headaches
  • Weight gain
  • Increased belly fat due to cortisol accumulation

Emotional Baggage and Trapped Emotions

They call it emotional baggage because it’s a weariness that weighs you down. Think of those negative Trapped Emotions as two heavy bags of groceries that you have to carry all day. It’s no wonder that at the end of the day you feel fatigued and achy.

This is also why releasing emotions like anger, resentment, and bitterness is described as taking a weight off your shoulders. Many people actually FEEL lighter and have a spring in their step again once they release this baggage.

Sometimes it can be tough to get the ball rolling on your emotional healing, but once you do you may start enjoying exponential successes. The better you feel, both emotionally and physically, the more you can do. The more you do, the better you might feel!

If you clear out mental clutter and let go of the past, you may be more able to embrace and enjoy your future.

Emotional healing – it’s really all about letting go; letting go of that old baggage for yourself, a partner, a child, or even possibly a person from your past.

They call it emotional baggage because it’s a weariness that weighs you down. Think of those negative Trapped Emotions as two heavy bags of groceries that you have to carry all day. It’s no wonder that at the end of the day you feel fatigued and achy.

How to Practice Emotional Healing

For some, emotional healing may happen more naturally. For others, it’s a learned and conscious skill. For some, it comes with some kind of professional support. No matter what category you fall into, there are many things you can do to improve your own capacity for emotional healing. Here are several things to consider:

Work on Your Mindfulness

Research indicates that being mindful may help you be less reactive emotionally, and get more satisfaction out of your interactions with others at home, work, and in your social life. Mindfulness may begin as the simple act of putting down your phone when you’re around family and friends. Focus on being truly present and involved on what’s going on around you right now.

One easy mindfulness exercise is to sit near a window and watch outside. Follow the traffic with your eyes. Watch people walking their dogs. Watch how the tree or bush in your front yard moves with the breeze. Watch the birds. In whatever you choose to observe, be detailed about it. Really focus and appreciate what’s happening. The key is to be in the moment and not be distracted by the past or future. It’s all about now. Then, as you go about your day, mentally focus on the task at hand instead of thinking about past or upcoming events and worries.

From an emotional standpoint, practicing mindfulness could be almost as simple. When your feelings start bubbling up, stop and think about what you’re feeling right now, and why. Recognize it and let yourself feel it, but then consider how you’re about to react. Is it rational? Does your reaction seem balanced with what you’re reacting to?

Emotional healing and mindfulness go hand in hand. If you know what you’re feeling and why, you should be better equipped to process those feelings and keep your reactions under control.

Get Enough Sleep

When you’re tired, you can’t function at your best physically, mentally or emotionally. You might also react more severely to things and people. If you’ve ever noticed this, scientists can back you up. A 2018 study found that sleep problems may actually make people more prone to negative thinking. And when you’re tired, you might also be more likely to feel stressed and anxious.

Balance Work and Play

Both work and play are important for emotional healing. We all need the personal satisfaction that comes from a job well done, not to mention the boost of confidence. But no matter how much you love your job, you also need to temporarily leave it behind and have fun on a regular basis. Don’t let your professional pursuits rule your life or make you give up the other things you love. Career burnout is real, and can be damaging to emotional health and relationships. When the work day is done, close the laptop and go do something you enjoy.

Connect With Others

Loneliness may make emotional healing more difficult. When you’re sad, sometimes you just want to curl up on the couch with your friends Netflix and Ben & Jerry’s. We all need alone time and need to be comfortable with just ourselves. Perhaps spending some time alone can help us recognize and process our feelings. However, if you’re on your own consistently, you could be more prone to feeling negative, sad, or stressed out. You may feel like wallowing in your negativity.

Don’t take alone time to an extreme. Maintain your emotional connection  — beyond social media. Say hi to people in the grocery store, have dinner with friends, and talk to coworkers around the water cooler. Even when personal, physical gatherings aren’t possible, pick up the phone or use video calls to connect and have meaningful conversations.

Express Your Feelings

Keeping sadness, anger or worry bottled up can prevent emotional healing. Find someone to talk to when you need to vent or sort out your feelings. If you’re mindful of how you express them, letting your feelings out — such as in an honest but tactful conversation — can go a long way to helping you bounce back.

Practice The Emotion Code

Energy healing practices like The Emotion Code® can help you resolve negative energies from the past. We embrace the idea that everything is energy, including emotions. Left unprocessed, the energy of negative emotions may literally become trapped inside you. We call them Trapped Emotions, and they are literal, physical energies that may become lodged in any part of the body. We believe these could lead to emotional and physical distress, discomfort, anxiousness, sadness, and more.

For example, if you have the energy of guilt trapped somewhere in your body from a bad experience, you may be more likely to feel guilt over other experiences which may not ordinarily cause you to feel that way. This is because part of you is literally feeling guilty all the time. Not only that, but that physical energy and its lower vibration could throw off the normal flow of energy in your body, and lead to discomfort or other unwanted symptoms.

Practicing The Emotion Code can help rid your body of these energies that could get in the way of physical and emotional healing. In a few simple steps, you could remove those energies for good. Using muscle testing to access your subconscious mind, you can begin identifying trapped emotional energies (you might call them “old wounds” or “emotional baggage”) that could result from turmoil or bad experiences, and work to release them. You can do this on your own or with the help of a certified Emotion Code Practitioner — in person or from half a world away.

Chakra Healing

Inside all of us lies 7 energy centers of spiritual power – chakras. These 7 centers are connected to the major organs and glands that govern our bodies. Each chakra is arranged in a column along the spinal cord, from its base to the top of the head, connected by vertical channels. The term chakra is derived from Hinduism and translates to “wheel of energy.” We believe chakras are responsible for transforming and meshing the energy from our physical body with our psychological, emotional, mental, and non-physical energies. Here are the descriptions for the location and purpose of each chakra.

The Seven Chakras

  1. Crown Chakra
  2. Third Eye Chakra
  3. Throat Chakra
  4. Heart Chakra
  5. Navel Chakra

The Chakra Comes From Ancient Indian Philosophy Still Widely Taught Around The World Today

Our understanding of the Chakras comes from India. The Hindu Vedas (old sacred texts) are a collection of writings, some of which date back to as early as 1700–1100 BCE. This is where we see first mentions of iterations of the word chakra, prana, vayu (life energy), nadi (energy carrying arteries), and more. More recent (but still very old) Hindu and Buddhist texts expand on the chakra as four or more vital energy centers within the subtle body.

The subtle body is what leaves the body when one dies and is believed to be withdrawn within, when one sleeps. The subtle body is believed to be reachable, awake-able and important for an individual’s body-mind health, and how one relates to other people in one’s life. The subtle body network of nadi and chakra is, according to some later Indian theories and many new age speculations, closely associated with emotions.

In our day, we speak of the Chakras as complexes of electromagnetic variety, the precise degree and variety of which directly arise from a synthetic average of all positive and negative so-called “fields”, thus eventuating the complex Nadi. Within kundalini yoga, the techniques of breath exercises, visualizations, mudras, bandhas, kriyas, and mantras are focused on manipulating the flow of subtle energy through chakras.

The Chakras Are A Key Component In Energy Healing and Vital For Optimal Self-Healing

The chakras allow specific channels of energy to flow in and out in a constant stream. It is the frequency state of our chakras that determines the direction our energy will flow as they either draw energy into our body or release it outward.

Each chakra is equally important for processing energy in the body so we seek to balance the energy in all of our chakras. In a perfect setting, each chakra is healthy, open, and balanced. As one chakra becomes unbalanced, it affects the other chakras of the body. Where one may be underactive, others may be overactive to make up the difference. In energy healing, the body’s vibrational energy is brought back to balance and harmony which allows for natural healing to occur.

When chakras are imbalanced, negative effects occur. These can be in the form of negative emotions or even physical pain and discomfort. Each chakra can present unique symptoms when unbalanced, whether it is over- or underactive.

The Root Chakra – When imbalanced, the root chakra can stir up feelings of insecurity, greed, materialism, fear, and an unwillingness to change or adapt.

The Sacral Chakra – When imbalanced, the sacral chakra can stir up feelings of heightened sensitivity, attachment or neediness, mood swings, isolation, low self-esteem or self-worth, or self harm.

The Navel or Solar Plexus Chakra – When imbalanced, you may experience more inclinations to be controlling, angry, critical, domineering, and even aggressive. Or opposite feelings of passiveness or indecisiveness may arise.

The Heart Chakra – An imbalance in the heart chakra can create an unrealistic need for affection, abandonment of self in a partnership, or a lack of boundaries. Adversely, a heart chakra imbalance can also lead to isolation and an inability to be vulnerable and form close relationships.

The Throat Chakra – An overactive throat chakra can cause one to be self-absorbed, condescending, and highly critical while an underactive throat chakra may cause one to be shy or unable to express their needs.

The Third Eye Chakra – Feelings of being aloof, exercising poor judgement, or inattentiveness can be caused by an overactive third eye chakra. An overactive third eye chakra can show symptoms of closed mindedness, skepticism, or anxiousness.

The Crown Chakra – Lacking direction, seeking too much or too little spiritual guidance, and having difficulty trusting one’s own ideas can be symptoms of an imbalance in the crown chakra.

Chakras and Your Energetic Frequency

Our chakras control our energy frequencies by either stimulating, inhibiting, or balancing certain traits, moods, emotions, and desires. When one chakra is underwhelmed, another will go into high gear to compensate. Our chakras are not only absorbing and emitting energy, they’re the source of your vibrational frequency as well as affected by your vibrational frequencies.

The dual role of the chakras plays part in both your consciousness and your physical self and is in large part the tool to balancing the mind and the body. By clearing emotional baggage/trapped emotions, you are able to heal and clean your chakras to restore balance. This brings about a positive and balanced vibrational energy which is the best foundation for self-healing.

Holistic Healing

The path of wellness and holistic health reaches back to ancient times. Ancient peoples looked at human health as resulting from a balanced combination of a healthy mind, body, heart, and spirit.

This is how the term “holistic” health got its name; the word “holism” is defined by the theory that parts of a whole are so intimately connected, they cannot exist independently or be understood without reference to the whole. Furthermore, when it comes to medicinal terms, holism refers to treating the whole person. So instead of solely considering physical symptoms, practitioners also take into account the mental, emotional, and social factors that might also be contributing to someone’s ailments.

Today, several thousand years after historians believe holistic medicine planted its roots, the idea of holistic health has withstood the test of time. Perhaps one of the most effective and commonly practiced ideas in holistic medicine today is energy healing.

General Principles of Holistic Health

All People Have Innate Healing Abilities

Holistic health practitioners believe that all people have the ability to heal themselves. In holistic health, healing begins on the inside, rather than externally. The subconscious mind holds all the answers to optimal health, and holistic health practitioners just tap into that internal knowledge!

Holistic Health Benefits the Whole Person

Holistic health focuses on more than just healing illness or injury. This practice instead addresses the cause of issues, and includes support for spiritual, physical, mental, social health and so much more.

Optimal Health Comes From Balance In The Body and Mind

Holistic health practices acknowledge the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. It’s based on the idea that people are made up of a whole system of interdependent parts, and to heal one part you have to heal the whole.

Common Alternative/Holistic Health Practices

As there are so many different varieties of alternative healing, it’s practically impossible to create an exhaustive list! Holistic healing methods include:

  • The Body Code – a simple yet powerful tool that helps you to locate the root source of many physical discomforts, inefficiencies, and more.
  • Acupuncture – a form of treatment involving the use of very thin needles that can help with pain and other ailments.
  • Ayurveda – this type of healing which means ‘science of life’ originated in India more than 3,000 years ago.
  • Chiropractic care – focuses on the spine and other joints of the body, using manual adjustments to restore joint function.
  • Massage – the movement of the body’s soft tissues to relieve muscular tension and stress.
  • Yoga – a physical practice designed to help balance the body, spirit, and mind.
  • Life coaching – a wellness professional who works helps people make progress in their lives in order to attain greater fulfillment in a variety of areas.
  • Nutritionist care – advice on matters of food and nutrition and their impacts on health.
  • Electromagnetic therapy – a healing treatment involving the use of magnets or electromagnets.
  • Reiki – a treatment where energetic vibrations are transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner.
  • The Emotion Code – a powerful and simple tool to identify and release Trapped Emotions, which opens the heart and body to the positive energies of the world.
  • Qigong – a system of coordinated movement, breathing, and meditation used for health.
  • Meditation – a practice that promotes focus and clearing the mind to achieve a calm state.

The Benefits of Holistic Health

Since the main goal of holistic health and wellness is to find balance within all the systems of the body — mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual — holistic health provides benefits to each of these important aspects of health and wellness.

Improved emotional health

Your emotional health can have a huge impact on the way that you feel. Stress, sadness, and anxiety can harm your well-being, and even result in physical symptoms of illness. Holistic health practices such as counseling, life coaching, energetic healing such as The Emotion Code, and the practice of meditation and mindfulness are great for improving emotional health.

Enhanced spiritual well-being

Many holistic health practices have benefits for your spiritual wellness too! Holistic therapies often focus on spending time outdoors, in nature, meditating, connecting with something bigger than yourself, and practicing your faith if you are religious.

Better social health

Humans need connection! Holistic health takes that into consideration and promotes spending time with friends, family, and feeling connected to a community. Holistic practitioners often teach their patients to work on communication and forming positive relationships.

Improved mental health

A healthy mental state supports all other aspects of your health! Good mental health means that you’re able to process negative emotions more easily. Holistic health helps to prioritize mental health through mindfulness, therapy, energetic healing of past traumas, and more.

Boosted physical well-being

Holistic health helps promote physical wellness through regular exercise, sleep, and a well-balanced diet. Practitioners of holistic health often also encourage the use of natural, alternative medicines where possible.

Illness prevention

Because holistic health focuses on many varied approaches to wellness, rather than just symptoms, sickness, and health issues can often be stopped before they start!

The Heart-Wall

Science Behind the Heart-Wall

Scientists first began measuring the heart’s electrical field with the discovery of the electrocardiogram machine (EKG) in 1895. Not too long ago, a new machine was developed called the magnetocardiogram (MCG), which measures the magnetic field of the heart instead of the electrical field. To their astonishment, scientists found that the heart’s magnetic field extends up to 12 feet in diameter around the body!

Using this very advanced technology, scientists have been able to confirm some absolutely mind-boggling things about the heart that they never imagined!

·Every beat of the heart sends messages to all the cells of the body.

·The brain in your head obeys the messages sent by the heart.

·The heart can “think” for itself.

·The heart has the ability to “remember” things.

Giving & Receiving Love

One of the more amazing discoveries of modern science is that when a person feels love or affection for another person, the heartbeat of the person sending that love or affection becomes measurable in the magnetic brain waves of the recipient.²

Think about this for a moment. Even scientific study indicates that there is communication taking place between all of us, all the time. I believe that the human heart is both a sender and a receiver of information. It seems to me that the heart sends the energy we call “love,” and can receive that energy in return.

Experience has convinced me that the Heart-Wall hampers your ability to give and receive love and feel other positive emotions. I firmly believe that a Heart-Wall contributes to feelings of isolation, sadness, and other emotional problems.

I estimate that approximately 93% of people have a Heart-Wall! Do you?

Transplant Stories

Scientists now believe that the heart is actually a “second brain.” This understanding first came to light when heart transplants began to be a fairly common procedure. A transplant recipient would sometimes receive the affinities and memories of the donor, along with their new heart!

For example:

·A 47-year-old Caucasian male received a heart from a 17-year-old African-American male. The recipient was surprised by his new-found love of classical music. He discovered later that the donor, who loved classical music and played the violin, had died in a drive-by shooting, clutching his violin case to his chest.

·A man of 25 received a woman’s heart and now (to the delight of his girlfriend) has a consistent and powerful need to shop.

·Paul Oldam, a lawyer from Milwaukee, received the heart of a 14-year-old boy and inherited a strange new craving for Snickers.

·A 7-year-old girl had recurring nightmares about being killed after receiving the heart of another child who had been murdered. Her descriptions of the murderer as well as the murder weapon led to the arrest and conviction of the killer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is "The Heart-Wall"?

During times of emotional pain or distress, your heart can be really hurt or injured; this is where the words "heartache" and "heartbreak" come from. Sometimes we need to put up a form of protection, or a "wall" around the heart, but you can't build a wall of nothing, right?

What ends up being used as "building materials" are the most common excess energies in the body: Trapped Emotions. The problem is that the heart-wall doesn't dissolve on its own, even if you don't need it anymore. Having a heart-wall long-term is like living in a bomb shelter; it's necessary short-term to protect you while the "bombs" are falling, but if you continue to "live" in there, you'll feel sad, disconnected, frustrated, and you could even end up with heart disease or other heart problems down the road.

The good news is that the heart-wall can be removed, one emotion at a time, freeing you to live from your heart, create abundance, and find true love. Now that's what life is all about!

What to Expect After a Session (Processing)?

Fortunately, it seems like these symptoms are only experienced 20% of the time, and they only last a day or two for the most part. Chances are, you're going to be asked why we have to go through processing, and what exactly it is, so to help you get ready, here's an analogy that is pretty easy to understand:

"Doing The Emotion Code is like doing surgery on the energy body. We are literally looking for 'malignant' or harmful energies that need to be removed, then we remove them, and the energy body has to heal and reorganize to regain its balance. If you were to do actual surgery to, say, remove a tumor, you would expect to have at least a few days of downtime afterward. Your surgeon would also likely tell you what to expect as well as advise you to get extra rest in order to allow the body to heal.

The advice after a session with The Emotion Code is just about the same! Be aware that if you feel out of sorts, have changes in your sleeping pattern, vivid dreams, or emotional ups and downs, this is totally normal. Drink lots of water, eat healthy, get lots of rest, and let your energy body heal itself. You may not notice or experience any symptoms; you may even feel great, but it's better to be aware just in case.

What are "Inherited Trapped Emotions"?

In a nutshell, an inherited trapped emotion is simply a bit of emotional energy that is received from a parent at the moment of conception. It comes along with all the other DNA and physical material—in the egg if it's from your mother and in the sperm if it's from your father.

It's important to distinguish the difference between "Inherited Emotions" and "Absorbed Emotions." Inherited Trapped Emotions cannot become trapped at any point after you are conceived, just as you cannot inherit any genetic trait after you've already been conceived. After conception and at any other point in your life, you can absorb a trapped emotion from another person, but that is called an "Absorbed Emotion." That is when someone else generates an emotion and you absorb that energy into your body.

Is This Energy Healing Safe for Babies and Animals?

Why Energy Healing is Safe for Animals and Babies

  • Non-Invasive and Gentle: Energy healing does not involve physical manipulation or invasive techniques, making it ideal for fragile or sensitive beings.
  • Natural Balancing Process: It works to balance the body's energy rather than forcing
changes, ensuring a gentle adjustment that aligns with the recipient’s natural
    rhythm.
  • No Need for Verbal Communication: Animals and babies are highly intuitive and receptive
to energy, making them natural beneficiaries of energy healing.

Why They Respond So Well

  • Animals and babies are less likely to overthink or resist the process, allowing them to
receive the energy flow more freely. Their natural openness makes energy
    healing particularly effective for them.

Will Energy Healing Conflict with My Religious and/or Spiritual Practices and/or Beliefs?

Energy healing is a holistic practice that focuses on balancing the body's natural energy system. It is non-denominational and does not require any specific religious or spiritual belief to participate. This work complements a variety of faiths and spiritual traditions by promoting personal well-being and harmony. You are free to engage in energy healing while fully honoring and maintaining your own beliefs or practices.

How Should I Prepare for an In-Person or Remote Session?

Preparing for a session is simple and designed to put you at ease. Whether in person or remote, you are encouraged to be comfortable and, if desired, find a quiet, distraction-free space. You may also take a few moments to set an intention or focus on what you hope to receive from the session, though this is not required. You can also continue your day as usual during a remote session. No special equipment or prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to receive. For optimal results, it’s important to stay hydrated before and after your session to support your body in processing the healing.
